Coco Palms is a new luxury 4 bedroom,
3 bathroom waterfront villa with swimming pool, located within Jolly Harbour Marina Village, Antigua’s popular gated community.
Coco Palms can sleep 8 to 10 guests in four spacious bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms plus house bathroom. It has huge waterside lounging space, able to host two 40 foot yachts.
The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and is equipped with an impressive array of modern amenities including high-end fitted kitchen with touch panel Bosch appliances, wifi enabled coffee machine, wine fridge, ice maker, large kitchen island with seating and separate laundry room. All bathrooms are wet rooms with walk-in rain showers and twin wash bowls.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Coco Palms prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.
Please refer to our Calendar for availability. Coco Palms offers different
rental variations. Please inquire for more information on discounted rates depending on your requested reservation times and number of rooms booked.
HOUSE RENTAL RATES:
15th MAY - 15TH NOVEMBER: $7,000* per week. $1000 per night.
16TH NOVEMBER - 17TH DECEMBER: $8,400* per week. $1,200* per night.
18TH DECEMBER - 3RD JANUARY: $10,500* per week. $1,500* per night.
4TH JANUARY - 14TH MAY: $8,400* per week. $1,200* per night.
*As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on all short-term bookings.
*Minimum of 5 nights stay.
*A Security deposit of $2000 USD is required for all bookings.
*Price may be adjusted based on high season and
holiday events taking place in Antigua.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
