Dieppe Bay House is a beautiful sea front villa set in an acre of tropical gardens in an off the beaten track location in the south of Antigua. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with the option for two extra beds for small children.
Only five minutes drive to local shops and restaurants, the house has stunning views across Falmouth Harbour to the distant masts of the yacht clubs An acre of garden gives the villa lots of outdoors space and includes a gorgeous pool with sundeck, two gazebos, rustic beach BBQ area, sun terrace and lawn leading down to the sea.
All bedrooms have their own appointed bathrooms bath/shower room and air conditioning.

Bedroom Three, Four, Five and Six: Each have two Twin beds that can be left separate or pulled together to make one King bed.
Monday to Friday maid service is included along with a gardener/pool service and on call property manager.
The house is well suited for families and has a TV with movie library, games, and books.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Dieppe Bay House prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.
Please refer to our Calendar for availability. Dieppe Bay offers different rental variations.

HOUSE RENTAL RATES
HIGH SEASON RATES:
December 1st - May 1stth $1950 USD per night for up to 10 guest inclusive of ABST Tax.
LOW SEASON RATES:
May 2nd - November 30th: $1200.00 USD per night inclusive of ABST Tax*
*Discounted rates are available in Low Season
for groups of 8 or less
*Price does not include 17% ABST Tax Charge.
**As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on all short-term bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
